🏆 Awards Ceremony
Doors Open: 10 minutes prior to each scheduled start time.

•The auditorium must be cleared between grade levels. This is allows security and administration to manage the checkout process back at the elementary school.

🚶‍♂️ Student Transit & Safety
•Students may not leave with parents directly from the auditorium.

•Students must remain with their teachers at all times during and after the ceremony.

•Once the awards are finished, all students will walk back to the elementary campus with their homeroom classes.

✍️ Sign-Out Procedures
If you plan on taking your child home after their ceremony, please follow these steps:
•Return to Campus: Head to the elementary school office after the ceremony.
•Official Check-Out: Students may only be signed from the sign out tables at the elementary
• If you plan on signing out siblings please go to the front window.
